Products are either produced in-house using traditional popular recipes in the Central Kitchen or freshly prepared on site to the customers specification.
Provenance of goods is important to us and we use Fairtrade, British, Free Range, Organic produce as seasonality and budget permits. We ensure all our non-pork meat is Halal, that our tuna is always pole and line caught and that our eggs are Free Range or British.
