Staff and Training
Our company takes great pride in the recruitment and retention of quality staff. Evidence of this quality is demonstrated by the considerable number of individuals who have been with the company for many years showing great loyalty to both Hard Hat (London) Catering and their customers.
We employ a qualified Health & Safety Manager who is committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence and due diligence towards Health & Safety. This is achieved through regular training and audits.
Induction and site training is carried out as well as regular Basic Food Hygiene Courses. Beyond legally required training, though, is service training which the Directors of Hard Hat Catering take very seriously, maintaining a good working relationship with leading coffee suppliers who support their Barista training. We work very closely with a number of local staff agencies who understand our needs and supply, when necessary, within hours. We also work with an agency who give disabled and disadvantaged individuals opportunity to work with us.
On site, we would install a dedicated member of staff to man all appropriate duties. Extra staff would be provided according to opening hours and levels of business.
An Area Manager would oversee the on site unit. Daily communication and regular visits would ensure our high standards are maintained and feedback and information is sourced and fed back to Senior Management. We would also encourage regular meetings with our Client.
